Zach Holden LeadsLexington, OH - Zach Holden went from third to first on the last lap to take his third win of the season in the No. 96 K-Hill Motorsports Mygale/Honda in round 11 of the 2017 F1600 Championship Series season. Holden rebounded for the win at Mid-Ohio after failing to finish in the first two races of the weekend, taking the victory in the 18-lap race ahead of the Team Pelfrey duo of Jonathan Kotyk and Matthew Cowley. Another Mygale/Honda driven by K-Hill's Tonis Kasemets charged from last to fourth to win the Masters Class, with Cliff Johnson second and Scott Rubenzer third.

Quotes from the Top Finishers:

Zach Holden:

"It is a good relief to get a finish this weekend, and it's great to have a first place. It gives us more points for the F1600 Championship as we are falling behind a bit right now."

Jonathan Kotyk:

"It was a challenging race and I did my best to keep the Team Pelfrey Gap Guard up front. With six cars in the lead pack it was definitely challenging."

Matthew Cowley:

"Over this weekend we scored some great points on everyone in the Championship. It was great to come here and have a win and a third place. It's been a great weekend all around, and no one was giving an inch on track. It was about being careful and picking your moves correctly."

Tonis Kasemets:

"Thank you to K-Hill Motorports. Yuven Sundaramoorthy had a flight to catch and they asked me to drive the car. I'm old so I get a Masters (win), I'm happy with that."

Cliff Johnson:

"It was a great weekend, I need to thank my step son Cole and Greg Rice for all the help this weekend."

Scott Rubenzer:

"We are doing alright, we had a rough first lap in this race and I never recovered from it, but I had fun none the less."
